To develop a theory, to reflect on principles, to return to the origin or the essence of the systems that surround us, is to appeal to the imagination, to creativity, to invention.
It means accepting the idea of the provisional, accepting to constantly question oneself, displacing previously accepted doctrines and confronting experimentation.
Research is thus an essentially dynamic process.
The building in which we have to install the Research Gallery for the Academy of Sciences is spatially static due to the very fact of its structural system.
Its constitution cannot be called into question by the very fact of its historical nature.
