We propose a decision to set up on the site, a decision to organize several buildings together, a mode of development and progressive occupation of the site.
The identity of the project is based more on a set of links and organization of flows of all kinds rather than on a priori shapes or volumes.
The masses, the volumes are not fixed at this stage of development of the project. Spaces and allocation of surfaces are redefinable.
The basis of the strategy for A.C.F. is the design of nuclei that act as synapses within the APPLE nervous system.
